FACE LIFT (Facial Rejuvenation Surgery) |
|
This
surgery is the most efficient tool to delay and modify the unfavorable
changes produced by age.
It is
around 30 years of age when wrinkles begin to appear and skin starts
getting saggy. With time, this is accentuated, resulting in a tired
or sad-looking face.
This
type of surgery is performed with local anesthesia, risks are minimal
if done by a certified plastic surgeon with ample experience in this
area.

BLEPHAROPLASTY
(Eyelid Rejuvenation Surgery) |
|
This
surgery is performed to correct problems that come from aging, such
as “baggy” eyes and flaccid eyelids which cause the face to look
tired. When these problems aggravate, vision problems appear due to
the loose skin of the eyelids obstructing the visual field.
With
this surgery, we have the opportunity to give our patients a more
youthful and relaxed appearance.

RHINOPLASTY (Nose Surgery) |
|
The nose
is in the central portion of the face, making it one of the most
important parts of our face. Since it is the feature that “stands
out”, it is quite difficult to hide.
This surgery reshapes the nose for a more pleasant appearance. It is
an outpatient procedure; hospitalization is not required. It is
performed with local anesthesia and sedation and recovery time is
short.
Occasionally, patients require to use an external nasal protection for
3 to 5 days. Patients go back to their normal lives and work after
the 6th day.

BOTOX AND FACIAL FILLERS |
|
As we
age, wrinkles and lines begin to appear in our face. The continuous
movement of our facial muscles as we express ourselves, originates
deep lines of expression, such as the transversal lines on the
forehead, between and around the eyes and at the corners of the mouth.
Facial muscles contract constantly at the moment we express
ourselves, show emotions and laugh.
The botox toxins (botox, disport, xeomenn) are used in these cases.
The procedure is safe and simple, it doesn’t require anesthesia.
Botox injections are administered with very fine needles directly into
the target muscle tissue, causing selective inactivity of the facial
muscles where the wrinkles are produced.
Results of a more youthful and relaxed look are visible within 48
hours. The effects of the toxin last an average of 4 to 6 months and
may be combined with other rejuvenation techniques.
FACIAL FILLERS (RADIASSE,
ESTELIS, SURGIDERM, RESTYLANE)
Facial
fillers generally contain hyaluronic acid, a substance which forms
part of
the normal composition of the skin. These are indicated for people
who have deep wrinkles and lines, crow’s feet, acne scars and deep
lines around the corners of the mouth. The filler is applied using a
very fine needle and the results are practically immediate. Usually
this procedure is not painful.
